Financial recovery will require careful planning and strategy for medical practice owners and healthcare providers.  Health practitioners are in a unique situation where the value of their business is tied closely to personal services and bankruptcy options are unpalatable due to potential license and credential concerns.

Eric C. Boughman

Eric leads the firm's healthcare and technology practices.  He is a frequent writer and presenter on issues involving health law, privacy, technology, and asset protection.
