Keynote Speakers at the Pension Investors Seminar

Orlando, FL – Gary A. Forster and Eric C. Boughman, founding partners of the Orlando-based law firm of Forster Boughman & Lefkowitz (www.fbl-law.com) were featured speakers at the Pension Investors Seminar held at the Hilton Orlando in Altamonte Springs on June 18, 2015. The one-day seminar for accounting professionals was sponsored by the Pension Investors Corporation of Orlando, Inc. The attorneys’ presentation, Valuation Discount Safety Net focused on relevant case studies covering fraudulent conveyance.

“It was an honor to speak to such an esteemed group of financial professionals and provide attendees with a greater understanding of the ways to avoid debt by transferring money to another person or entity, along with the importance of having a proper asset protection plan in place,” said Boughman.

Eric C. Boughman is a commercial litigation attorney whose practice encompasses a wide range of business disputes, corporate governance matters, real estate issues, and asset protection. He has represented clients ranging from multinational corporations to local business owners in all phases of the legal dispute process, including mediation, arbitration, administrative tax and licensing proceedings, trials, and appeals. Mr. Boughman has been admitted to practice law in Florida and Nevada, as well as in the U.S. Tax Court, and pro hac vice for particular matters in Illinois and Tennessee. In addition, he has counseled clients in transactions involving technology and real estate. Gary A. Forster practices in domestic and international asset protection, sophisticated estate planning, corporate and tax law.
