Dirty and Hardball Negotiating Tactics: How to Counter Them
In this presentation, Eric discusses common business disputes (such as those that arise in medical practices, partnerships, and other issues often leading to litigation).  Eric breaks down how to initiate negotiations particularly involving difficult parties (and counsel).  Attendees will learn tactics and strategies to help manage relationships when dealing with challenging situations, difficult people, and engaging in tough conversations.

Eric C. Boughman

Eric leads the firm's healthcare and technology practices.  He is a frequent writer and presenter on issues involving health law, privacy, technology, and asset protection.
